Very late shipping and that too partial shipment

Ordered 14 books..got 8 after 2 weeks. No update on remaining books for past 2 weeks..don't know whom to write to ask about next shipment. In the first shipment, I see 7 books marked X ..which were not part of shipment, so was expecting remaining to be shipped for past 2 weeks..but bot the case. Poor communication model.
